A place to slow down and do the work that matters.
Therapy, KAP, and wellness rooted in real clinical work.
Olivia Mackley - MA, LMFT, PMH-C
What This Practice Is
This is the practice of Olivia Mackley — a therapist, mother, and PMH-C certified clinician who has spent over a decade doing real clinical work across hospitals, community settings, and private practice. Her focus has grown clearer over time, shaped by her own experience with postpartum mental health and the work she keeps finding herself most drawn to - the perinatal journey, the identity shifts of becoming a parent, and the grief and transformation that live inside that transition.
Olivia offers individual psychotherapy with a primary focus on maternal mental health — pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, and the quieter losses that don't always have a name. She also offers individual ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for perinatal clients and for anyone ready for a deeper kind of healing who connects with a warm, relational approach.
If you've been carrying something for a long time and you're ready to put it down — or if you're somewhere in the middle of the most disorienting transition of your life and you just need someone to sit with you in it — there is a place for you here.
Now enrolling — The Village Within, a three-month ketamine-assisted group therapy program for those navigating the postpartum period and the parenthood transition.
Ways to Work Together
For Mothers
Individual Psychotherapy · Held · The Village Within
Perinatal mental health is at the heart of this practice. Whether you're navigating postpartum depression or anxiety, processing a birth experience that didn't go as hoped, or simply trying to find yourself again in the middle of early parenthood — individual therapy, a single-day retreat, and a three-month cohort program are all available here.
For Individuals
Individual Psychotherapy · Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Individual therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the seasons that ask more than expected. And for those ready to approach healing through a genuinely different door — KAP offers a medically supported pathway for people who have felt stuck.

“Something in you already knows how to heal. My job is just to help you hear it more clearly."
For Mothers
You can love your child and also be struggling. Both things are true, and you don't have to choose between them.
Mothers hold so much — and are so rarely held themselves. That gap is something I think about a lot, and it's a big part of why I built this practice the way I did. I have a particular heart for this population. Some of it is clinical training and experience. Some of it is personal — I've been in that season myself, and it deepened something in me that I bring to this work every day.
Whether you are in the thick of the postpartum period, years into motherhood and quietly running on empty, navigating a loss, or simply in a season that is asking more than you expected — there is a place for you here.

For Referring Providers
Olivia welcomes referrals for individual therapy, KAP, Held, and The Village Within. She is happy to consult directly before a formal referral and works collaboratively with primary therapists throughout the KAP process — as a complement to existing care, not a replacement for it.
