What Tended Is

We were never meant to do this alone.

Tended is offered through Catalyst Insight Collective in St. Anthony, MN, led by Olivia, it is a six-session group therapy program for mothers — virtual, every other week, and billable to most insurance plans. Starting October 2026.

It was built for the mother who is navigating the postpartum period and beyond, because postpartum is longer than people say. Because the grief, the identity loss, the exhaustion, and the longing for something real do not end when the newborn phase does.

This is not just a support group. Every session has a therapeutic theme, a somatic practice, journaling prompts, and real tools you can use between sessions. You will leave each circle with something tangible. You will come back to a small group of women who understand — because they are in it too.

TENDED

You deserve more than survival mode.

Sessions

Sessions are 60-90 minutes, held virtually, every other Thursday starting October 15th, 2026. The group alternates between an evening time and a midday time to accommodate different schedules and seasons of motherhood. The group is small by design — intimate enough to be real, structured enough to be therapeutic.

Each session moves through a theme that speaks directly to the experience of motherhood: arriving and orienting, the body and what it holds, the grief nobody names, the parts of yourself that have been working overtime, your values and who you are becoming, and carrying it all forward.

You will leave every session with something you can use — a breath practice, a journaling prompt, a somatic tool, a reframe. The connection with other mothers is woven through all of it. But so is the real therapeutic work.

Who Tended Is For

Tended is for mothers at any stage navigating the postpartum period and beyond. You may be a good fit if you are experiencing:

  • Postpartum or perinatal anxiety, depression, or a heaviness you cannot quite name

  • The sense that yourself has gone somewhere and you want her back

  • Grief — of your former self, a loss, or the motherhood you imagined

  • Identity disruption — who am I outside of this role?

  • The exhaustion of giving everything to everyone else

  • A longing for depth, real community, and women who understand

You do not need a specific diagnosis or to have exhausted every other option.

Getting Started

Tended is billable to most insurance plans as group psychotherapy. Before joining the group, you will complete a brief intake and diagnostic assessment with Olivia — we will handle the insurance coordination from there. Out-of-pocket options are also available.

The Difference Between Tended and Held

Both programs were created out of the same belief — that mothers deserve more than survival mode, and that real healing happens in community.

Tended is group psychotherapy without a medicine component. It is accessible, insurance-covered, and a beautiful place to begin. Held is our ketamine-assisted group therapy program — a deeper, medicine-supported experience for mothers who are ready for that level of work.

Some women come to Tended first. Some move from Tended into Held. Some choose one and not the other. Reach out for support deciding which could be a fit.
